The next step is to make sure the agent is properly registered. Ask to see proof of the agent's Fidelity Fund Certificate. Of course, the easiest way to ensure your chosen agent is registered is to use a reputable and established agency (hint: that's us!). South Africa's property industry is heavily regulated, so an agent being properly registered is a stamp of confidence in their competence and ensuring your interests will be protected.

See what their marketing strategy is. Property needs to be posted on social media channels and property websites with engaging wording and beautiful photos.
